Online bicycle purchases and refunds:
- If you feel confident about your bicycle size and model we want to make it easy for you to lock in a bicycle and buy it from us online.
- If you are not 100% sure, please come to our store to try out the models displayed.
- Please note that it will NOT be possible for us to provide a refund on bicycles purchased online.
Bikeline will offer you the following options for delivery:
- Local delivery (for bikes over 1000 AUD we will deliver for free in a 10 KM radius around our Toowoomba store.)
- Local pickup in store
- Premium Delivery anywhere in Australia - for 1000 AUD
Premium Delivery means we will contact a local bike shop near you who will then re-build and deliver this bike to you at their shop. The cost for Premium Delivery will range from 500 to 1000 AUD. If our cost for shipping and paying a local shop to re-build the bike are lower then 1000 AUD we will refund you the difference.
