VELO EURO 2011
We depart Brisbane flying with a partnership of the Worlds leading Airlines for Lyon. From Lyon we are taken by private Coach to the beautifully French, Chateaux des Comtes de Challes, on the outskirts of the village of Challes les Eaux and just a few kilometres from the trendy City of Chambery. Beautifully located in the heart of the French Alps, the Chateau has been an enchanting wonderment for all our previous guests. From here we discover the picturesque rides of the French Savoy together with the iconic climbs of Alpe D’Huez, Croix de Fer, Telegraph, Galibier and Madeline. On arrival at the Chateau we will build bikes and take a short ride over St Michaels Mount to get the blood flowing after the journey.
After 13 enchanting evenings and 12 sensational days of cycling, we sadly say goodbye to this beautiful part of the World as we again board our private Coach which will take us to the fabulous French Capital of Paris for four fabulous nights in the City of Romance, before the Group takes its final Coach trip to Charles de Gaulle International Airport for our return home.
